What is Super-Rewards?
Super-Rewards is an online and in-store shopping platform where retailers pay cash rewards into your super. This is our way of monetizing some of the $2.2 trillion of unpaid work that occurs in Australia, the majority of which is done by women.
Why should I use Super-Rewards?
Traditionally, money for your superannuation came from your employer, or you. This setup works best for people who are in the workforce but doesn’t work well for people who are not working or are on low incomes.
Super-Rewards has created a clever way to add to your super account, and it’s free to join*. They’ve partnered with over one thousand retailers who’ll pay money into your super every time you shop online or in-store at a Super-Rewards retailer.
You can now add to your super, with your everyday spending.
* Super-Rewards does not charge any direct fees to their members. They generate revenue by taking a commission from each cash reward that the retailer pays; this is known as a referral commission. Please refer to their Financial Services Guide for more information.

Where do the Super-Rewards come from?
Super-Rewards have partnered with great retailers to make sure you’ll be rewarded whenever you shop online or in-store at a Super-Rewards retailer. These retailers pay cash rewards (also known as commissions) to Super-Rewards, and they share them with you.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
From the retailer’s perspective, there is no limit, unless they have specific terms and conditions around a particular offer.
From an operational perspective, if it appears you will earn more than $1,000 of Super-Rewards in any single payment cycle, Super-Rewards will be in touch to discuss additional requirements regarding payments.
Is Super-Rewards a superannuation fund?
No, Super-Rewards is not a super fund. They provide a way for you to shop online and in-store at a Super-Rewards retailer and earn cash rewards for your super. They’ll pay your Super-Rewards into your super fund or self-managed super fund (SMSF).
Does Super-Rewards work with any super fund?
Super-Rewards works with all super funds that accept voluntary contributions and have a BPAY biller code - this is virtually all funds in the market.
When will Super-Rewards be paid into my super?
Once Super-Rewards receive the funds from the retailers, they'll pay them into your super on the next monthly payment date.
Payment by the retailers to Super-Rewards is generally received within 30-45 days after your purchase, however, some retailers can take up to another 90 days after this.
Super-Rewards is only able to pay you once they receive the funds from the retailers.
When you log into your Super Rewards account, you’ll see the balance of your Super Rewards under “My Rewards”.
I never received my super payment, who should I contact?
You can contact Super-Rewards by email at support@super-rewards.com or call Super-Rewards on 1300 464 010. They’ll aim to get back to you within 48 hours.
