Hi, and welcome to your Daily Mindfulness. So just inviting you now to just settle here into your seat, and if you care, to just taking a deep breath in. And breathing out. And if you care to just allowing your eyes to close. And just allowing yourself to become really present here in this time, in this place, in this moment/ Just becoming present to what your body is feeling like.

Is there tiredness or restlessness? Maybe aches or tingling or pulsing? Just tuning into the body. And then, you also just being attentive now to what the mind state is like. It may be calm or restless, clear or foggy racing or slower. Just observing what's here. And noticing also what kinds of emotions are present? Just noticing what's here with a, with a gentle and kindly curiosity.

So taking these few moments to check in with yourself. How are you? Just honestly and gently opening up to what's here. How are you really right here, right now? And given how you are right now, what do you need? You know, is there anything that you can do today to, to care for yourself, to enjoy yourself, to look after yourself? Do you perhaps need more rest, you know, more time outdoors, more support of some kind, perhaps? Do you need to say no to something or yes, to something? Just taking a moment to ponder that. What do you need? You know, in today's busy, demanding world, we so easily lose touch with ourselves and with what we're actually feeling with that, what's actually going on for us and what we're needing. So today and going forward, see if you can make it a habit to just pause every now and then just like this and check in with yourself.

And by doing so you'll become more self-aware and you'll be able to take more empowered actions that nourish you and lead you towards a happier, healthier and more meaningful life.
